HOW QUICKLY CAN MY HOUSE BE BUILT?
Time can vary but on a standard home we estimate 5 months.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Our Company has been operating since 1998 and Terry has over 30 years building experience.
DO YOU EMPLOY STAFF OR SUB-CONTRACT WORK OUT?
We have 7 in our team at present which include a project manager, qualified builders and apprentices. Depending on workload we sometimes employ subcontractor builders however your job remains under our name therefore the quality and level of service does not change.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We are happy to help you from the beginning to finding a section, getting plans drawn and pricing your home.
HOW MUCH PER SQUARE METRE DO YOU CHARGE?
This is an open ended question as there are so many variables that determine a square metre rate. For example how technical the design of the home is, site condition, size of the home, cost of cladding, size and design of the kitchen, bathroom fittings, flooring etc etc. We price everything you want in your home to give you are accurate estimate so you don’t get any surprises when building commences.
WHAT GUARANTEES DO I HAVE AFTER MY HOME IS COMPLETED?
Any building job can be nerve racking for the owner but at a minimal cost we encourage all our clients to purchase a 10 year Master Build Guarantee so you can have peace of mind that Registered Master Builders will be there for the next 10 years to solve any problems. We are happy to discuss which guarantee would suit your project as there are 4 different options available.
CAN YOU HELP US CHOOSE OUR COLOURS, APPLIANCES, PLUMBING FITTINGS, LIGHTING ETC?
We can provide you with as much help and information you need to choose your fixtures and fittings and are also happy to source them at a competitive price for you. In our builds we include the service of a colour consultant to help guide you through the endless amount of colour options and materials that can be used on your project.
